Whoa. Following their interview on Dazed Digital, the psych-rock outfit, Melody Syndrome, has a slew of upcoming shows in Paris. This includes an acoustic set tonight at Café Carmen, two shows in one night on Thursday the 10th (an early show at La Blanchisserie and a late show at Le Tigre), as well as a show at the Green Room on the 17th. Be sure to catch one now while they’re still playing intimate venues!
On Thursday afternoon, I was fortunate enough to interview Oh No Oh My before their show at La Maroquinerie in Paris. The interview was really fun, but everyone had one general qualm with France: the lack of toilet seats. Later that night, after their set, Joel showed me his “toilet pose.” I think I’m gonna take a page from his book from now on… I mean, who wouldn’t want to look that classy while dropping a deuce?!
P.S. It’s Joel’s birthday today!
F YEAH! Kyle showed me this in Paris - loved it then, love it now.
